Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for pricing, projections, reporting, and actuarial support for large fully-insured clients.
• Provide strategic actuarial insight during rate reviews and financial reviews for complex cases.
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, Sales, and Account teams on big opportunities and renewals.
• Translate regulatory changes into clear business implications for stakeholders.
• Oversee studies used for pricing model development and assumption setting.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to address financial risks and opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen capability and engagement.
