Job summary

You will lead pricing, design and risk assessment for a broad portfolio of annuities, collaborate with strategy, sales, finance and risk, and present results to senior management. Strong actuarial experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or similar field.
• FSA designation.
• At least 10 years of actuarial experience, preferably with several years of working with actuarial projections supporting annuity pricing and/or risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as leadership skills. Ability to present complex information to senior management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Balance product profit, risk, and market competitiveness; develop and test pricing solutions.
• Design and price products following profit and risk guidelines.
• Oversee and run pricing models for Variable, Fixed-Indexed, Index-Linked and Fixed annuities.
• Support pricing and analysis to drive growth across retail annuity portfolio.
• Incorporate industry and regulatory trends into product development.
• Synthesize data into a cohesive story for business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster strategic growth.
• Lead projects and present design, pricing, and risk to senior management.
