Qualifications

• 10+ years of actuarial experience
• FSA designation including 3 years post-designation experience
• Deep knowledge of annuity products, pricing methodologies and market dynamics
• Experience leading products through full lifecycle: pricing, risk, governance, filing and launch
• Strong financial acumen across Statutory, GAAP and economic reporting
• Proven leadership of actuarial teams and mentoring talent
• Excellent communication to engage across Product, Risk Management, Finance and Investments
• Strategic mindset with ability to drive long-term vision and change
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of pricing actuaries.
• Engage in new product development and enhancements to current offerings.
• Evaluate and enhance the pricing framework across multiple accounting regimes.
• Design adaptable products for changing regulatory and competitive environments.
• Secure product approvals through pricing and risk committees.
• Lead product filing efforts with Compliance.
• Create transparency of pricing methodologies and assumptions.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Finance to apply risk tools.
