Blue Cross NC seeks a Principal Actuarial Data Systems Analyst to lead technical data support for actuarial financial data systems and data marts. You will coordinate requirements, deliver solutions, and support quarterly and year-end audits with rigorous data governance.

You'll drive complex data solutions across multiple application areas, mentor peers, and partner with business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic insights using Snowflake and AWS cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in related fields.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with data marts and actuarial data systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop complex data solutions, extracts, reports, data marts, and analysis.
• Performs monthly data refreshes, validations, automations, and QA for financial reporting.
• Maintains and optimizes actuarial data marts.
• Lead in defining data definitions, file structures, and technical architecture.
• Analyze business challenges, propose solutions, and communicate results.
• Coordinate work and mentor peers across teams.
