Job summary
Blue Cross NC seeks a Principal Actuarial Data Systems Analyst to deliver technical data support for actuarial financial data systems and data marts. You will lead in business requirements, develop complex trends and analyses, and coordinate solutions across applications to support financial data accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
- Experience in actuarial data systems and data marts preferred.
- Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex data solutions, data extracts, reports, and data marts across the full development life cycle.
- Perform monthly data refreshes, validations, and QA checks for executive financial reporting.
- Lead multiple application areas with data definitions, technical structure, and business rules.
- Coordinate work, provide direction and training to peers and junior staff.
