Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Actuarial Data Systems Analyst to deliver technical data support and innovative solutions for Actuarial financial data systems and data marts. You will lead business requirements and deliver solutions to support critical financial analyses for plan divisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
8+ years of experience in related fields.
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

Develop complex decision support data solutions, data extracts, reports, data marts, and analysis across full development life cycle.
Perform monthly data refreshes, validations, and QA checks for executive financial reporting.
Lead maintenance and optimization of actuarial data marts and related systems.
Coordinate business requirements, technical specs, and user acceptance testing with multiple stakeholders.
