Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its Financial Services Organization. You will work directly with clients on actuarial projects, building your leadership brand while delivering complex analyses and strategic recommendations.

Role emphasizes collaboration across product strategy, modeling, and risk management, with opportunities to influence engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Approximately 3+ years of life/annuity actuarial experience.
• Progress toward SOA credentials (ASA or advanced ASA).
• Familiarity with U.S. Life, Health and Annuity products and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with actuarial modeling software and data analysis.
• Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge to help clients execute strategies and resolve complex issues.
• Lead roles in client engagement teams on diverse projects.
• Demonstrate impact in product strategy, model development, and capital optimization.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and assurance tasks.
