Job summary

EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services seeking an actuarial Manager to lead engagement teams, work directly with clients, mentor staff and build a personal leadership brand.

You will apply deep technical actuarial knowledge to product strategy, model development, mergers and acquisitions, capital optimization and regulatory reporting, while delivering high-impact client solutions and driving business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field.
• Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries preferred; US life/health knowledge required.
• Experience with GAAP, financial reporting and tax considerations.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple core actuarial disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and manage projects for clients.
• Provide actuarial strategies for product strategy and innovation.
• Develop and optimize actuarial models and transformations.
• Support M&A, reinsurance and capital optimization initiatives.
• Improve profitability and financial/regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to enterprise strategy and client management.
• Engage in actuarial audit, regulatory advisory and transformation.
• Utilize actuarial modeling software for project delivery.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
