Fundamental is seeking an Activity Assistant to bring joy to active seniors in Rock Hill, SC. The role centers on planning and supporting activities that enhance cognitive, social, and physical well-being.

You will help organize, transport, and set up activities, and engage residents through one-on-one and group activities to promote personal progress. The position offers an hourly wage of $14.00–$15.00 with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; college credits are preferred.
• Some training in arts and crafts is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and liability insurance required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, coordination, and implementation of activities for patients and residents.
• Assist with transporting, setting up for activities, and gathering materials as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one activity therapy and organize group activities to support progress.
