Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college credits preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and provide proof of liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, coordination, and implementation of activities for patients and residents.
• Assist with transporting, setting up for activities, and obtaining materials as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one activity therapy to offer sensory stimulation and group activities.
