Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with elderly residents preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings.
• Ability to supervise others in a firm, fair manner.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident activity preferences at move-in to tailor programs.
• Maintain daily activity program and scheduling seven days a week.
• Plan activities and coordinate supplies.
• Keep records of activities and attendance.
• Lead and support activities, assist with setup and cleanup.
• Encourage volunteer participation and resident-led activities.
• Assist with special events and holiday programs.
• Contribute to calendar and monthly newsletter distribution.
• Coordinate community and facility activities and external events.
• Drive facility bus for outings or events as needed.
