Qualifications

• C.A.R.E. values demonstrated in interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• State-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents.
• Provide a warm, supportive presence and connect with residents' emotional and social needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents holistically and ensure quality care.
