Responsibilities

• Plan and lead resident activities and excursions.
• Schedule, promote and administer activity programs weekly.
• Hire, evaluate and supervise department staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate transportation, drivers and vehicle maintenance.
• Develop and manage annual activity budget and promotional materials.
• Ensure activities respect residents' cultural and religious diversity.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and marketing for residency outreach.
