Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a comprehensive calendar of activities catering to various interests and backgrounds.
• Lead and facilitate group activities, events, and outings to promote socialization and physical health.
• Assess resident interests and needs to continuously improve program offerings.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities are safe and aligned with care plans.
• Manage activity budgets, supplies, and resources while complying with policies.
• Train, supervise, and motivate activity staff and volunteers.
