Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trade/Execution Services.
• Ability to handle low-touch DMA equity orders and complex option trades.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements related to account opening.
• Oversight and resolution of customer issues across business lines.
• Familiar with Regulatory requirements related to opening accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate account opening.
• KYC, AML, Compliance.
• Work closely with Technology, Operations & Compliance to ensure proper setup across all relevant systems.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Wedbush, FIS.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work to review and enhance procedures.
• Assist with internal and external reviews and audits.
• Series 7, 63, 55/57 Required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Looking for a Trade/Execution Services Support professional to help with the firm’s High Frequency Execution and Retail Business. Requirements are as follows:

• 5+ years of experience in Trade/Execution Services
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Ability to handle low-touch DMA equity orders and complex option trades and strategies
• Responsible for the oversight and resolution of customer issues across business lines
• Familiar with Regulatory requirements related to opening accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate account opening
• KYC, AML, Compliance
• Work Closely with Technology, Operation & Compliance to ensure proper setup across all relevant systems
