Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, seeks a Senior IT Consultant to design and deliver Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange solutions for U.S. clients. You will lead deployments, migrations, and security policy design while mentoring teammates and coordinating with vendors.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in client-facing services, strong communication, and a passion for learning new technologies, with travel up to 10% and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.
• Updated certifications in AD, M365, Azure, Windows Server, ITIL v4.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AD, M365 and Exchange solutions per client needs and timelines.
• Lead AD, M365, Exchange and migration projects end-to-end, including upgrades, configurations, and security policies.
• Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to install, configure, and troubleshoot deployments under SLAs.
• Pursue relevant certifications and training, and share expertise with the team.
