Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Senior Identity and Messaging Consultant to lead service delivery for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange engagements. You will guide technical teams and work directly with enterprise and public sector clients to design, implement, and migrate complex identity and messaging solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience in a client‑facing professional services role, or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Updated Certifications and training to include Active Directory, M365 Fundamentals, M365 Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, Administering / Configuring Windows Server Hybrid (core and advanced)
• On‑Demand Migration for M365 and Active Directory, and ITIL v4 Foundation
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with related teams on AD, M365, Exchange projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security policy design, administration, and user training.
• Work with internal teams, end-users, and vendors on MS Teams installation, configuration, and troubleshooting per SLAs.
• Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Act as a technical authority to advise, implement, and manage complex deployments for clients.
• Pursue relevant certifications and vendor training (Quest, Bit Titan) to stay current.
• Represent Softchoice at events and speaking engagements requiring technical expertise.
