Qualifications

• Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• 8+ years’ client-facing professional services experience, or 10+ years of related industry experience.
• Updated Certifications and training for AD, M365, and Azure fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange solutions meeting client requirements and timelines.
• Lead AD, M365, Exchange, and migration management projects including upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with internal staff, end-users, and vendors per SLAs.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Provide expert guidance on complex deployments and certifications.
