Job summary

84.51° is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager - Activation to lead client relationships and activation strategies across Media and Incentives for a portfolio of CPG brands. You will coordinate with Sales, Account Managers, Media and Insights teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and ensure flawless activation from pre-sale through post-campaign optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in media, incentives, or related digital marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking with data-driven performance.
• Experience leading integrated media or incentive campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Foster client relationships and plan media investments.
• Lead activation strategies across Media and Incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Lead Account Managers, Media and Insights Specialists, and Campaign Operations.
• Translate client goals and pain points into strategic activation plans.
• Leverage data to uncover growth opportunities across Media and Incentives.
• Manage the activation lifecycle: kickoff, timelines, inputs, optimization, reporting, invoicing.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
