Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in enterprise software development, implementation or support.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions including implementation or support.
• Deep expertise in at least one NICE Actimise module (SAM, IFM, CDD-X, WLF, ActOne).
• Experience supporting real-time transaction monitoring, AML, sanctions screening or related financial crime solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development, production support and platform maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership for complex projects and guide vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Manage risk-related systems to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability.
• Design and optimize Actimise integrations, APIs and microservices.
• Escalate issues and monitor system health; improve performance and stability.
• Participate in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project environments.
