Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead Application Analyst based in Pittsburgh, PA, primarily on-site at the Financial Center. The role focuses on NICE Actimise platform leadership, development, production support, and strategic initiatives across Risk, Fraud, AML, and Compliance functions.

The incumbent acts as SME with deep Actimise knowledge and will guide vendors, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure system stability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in application development, implementation, administration, or support of enterprise software solutions.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions, including implementation, administration, support, customization, or development.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Lead Application Analyst role for NICE Actimise platform and related enterprise environments.
• Provides technical leadership, guides vendor resources, and collaborates with business and technology stakeholders.
• Maintains system stability, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness for fraud and financial crime initiatives.
• Troubleshoots Actimise production environments, including performance tuning, configuration, deployment, and support activities.
• Works within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to deliver projects on time.
• Reviews contracts and statements of work, coordinates with vendors, and serves as a liaison for assigned applications.
