Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the ACT program, promoting community-based mental health treatment for individuals with severe mental illnesses. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure evidence-based, timely service delivery, and drive program improvements based on data.

Responsibilities include staffing, supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a focus on teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• LISW-S or LPCC-S license in Ohio.
• Minimum five years of mental health and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of the ACT program to ensure it is meeting the needs of clients served.
• Ensure that services are delivered in a timely, effective, and compassionate manner, aligned with evidenced-based practices.
• Monitor the quality and outcomes of services provided, ensuring they adhere to regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Supervise and provide leadership to the multidisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, nurses, social workers, and other staff.
• Foster teamwork and unity among department members and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Provide regular supervision and performance evaluations to team members.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and manage schedules to meet patient needs.
• Provide direction and guidance to an individual or a group to attain objectives.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on strategies to address client needs.
• Uses data to inform program improvements and decision-making processes.
• Participates in standing, functional, and ad hoc committee groups.
• Assumes supervisory functions in the temporary absence of other supervisors and managers.
• Other related duties as assigned.
