Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional to provide senior technical leadership across acquisition capabilities.

This role involves guiding high-impact programs, strategic advisory work with executive clients, and leading a support team in fast-paced environments. The candidate should have a Secret clearance or higher, US citizenship, and extensive DoD/DoW program management experience, including leadership responsibilities and proposal development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field may be required.
• Clearance: Secret or higher is mandatory.
• Extensive DoD/DoW program management knowledge and contracting policies.

Mansioni

• Plan and oversee Acquisition Management and Contracting programs.
• Lead task leads and manage project teams, including workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
