Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to deliver senior-level acquisition and program management support for the MAGTF C2 portfolio. You will guide acquisition planning, compliance, and performance assessments across the DoW lifecycle and DoN policies.

Responsibilities include developing acquisition strategies, cost/schedule/risk analyses, and executive briefings for government leadership, with collaboration across stakeholders and technical teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• 12+ years of DoW acquisition/program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of DoW life cycle and AAF.
• FAR/DFARS and DoN policies familiarity.
• Experience shaping acquisition strategies and program assessments.
• Ability to prepare exec-level briefings and reports.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level acquisition and program management advisory support for MAGTF C2 programs throughout the life cycle.
• Develop and evaluate acquisition strategies aligned with DoW AAF requirements.
• Analyze program cost, schedule, performance, and risk; identify corrective actions.
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation, plans, schedules, and reports.
• Develop executive-level briefings and decision-support materials for leadership.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, managers, and technical teams.
