Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to provide senior-level acquisition and program management support to MAGTF C2 programs. The role focuses on DoW lifecycle guidance, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting to ensure successful execution and alignment with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required to access sensitive information.
• 12+ years of relevant DoW acquisition/program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of DoW lifecycle management and the AAF.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level acquisition and program management advisory support for MAGTF C2 programs throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and evaluate acquisition strategies aligned with DoW AAF requirements.
• Analyze program cost, schedule, performance, and risks; advise on corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation, executive briefs, and decision packages for leadership.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and technical teams to support program execution.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with requirements.
