Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to provide senior-level acquisition and program management support to MAGTF C2 portfolios. You will develop strategies, assess risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare executive-level briefings.

The role requires 12+ years in DoD acquisition, an active Secret clearance, and strong DoW/FAR/DFARS experience, with a focus on program management and documentation across life cycles.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required and maintainability.
• 12+ years in DoD acquisition, program management, or analysis.
• Strong knowledge of DoW life cycle and AAF.
• Familiar with FAR, DFARS, DoW DoN policies.
• Experience with major defense programs or software portfolios.
• Ability to evaluate cost, schedule, performance, and risks.
• Experience developing execBriefings and decision packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level acquisition and program management advisory support.
• Develop and evaluate acquisition strategies and plans.
• Analyze program effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct cost, schedule, performance, and risk assessments.
• Prepare acquisition documentation and senior leadership reports.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and technical teams.
• Develop executive briefings and decision-support materials.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables to ensure objectives.
