Job summary

Kinetics Noise Control, Inc. in Dublin, OH or remote, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive national market revenue in architectural acoustics, noise control, and vibration isolation segments.

You will partner with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions for floor, ceiling, and wall isolation systems, train reps, and support major projects with technical credibility.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Preferred degrees in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Experience in sales, sales support, or specification development with Architectural & Engineering firms.
• Familiarity with basic construction practices and interpretation of bid/contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Participate and make recommendations in short- and long-range planning necessary to ensure continued aggressive market growth.
• Develop and execute plans that encourage Kinetics' Sales Representatives to focus on selling Building Acoustics Market Group product solutions.
• Lead manufacturer's representative product training and assist in trade shows, seminars and similar events.
• Act as an advocate for Sales Representatives by training them on how to apply Kinetics' product solutions for ceiling, floor, and wall noise control applications, and supporting their sales efforts and business growth.
• Travel up to approximately 40% of total work time with overnight travel as needed.
