Job summary

TSI Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Construction Materials Testing Technician II to perform field and laboratory testing on soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel.

You will communicate results to project managers and client representatives, transport samples, and prepare reports for daily submission. The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and certifications in ACI and radiation safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• ACI certification in one or more areas.
• Radiation safety certification and Nuclear Density Gauge operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials.
• Communicate results to Project Manager and clients.
• Transport samples to laboratory with documentation.
• Prepare data and reports for daily transmittals to PM.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
• Follow safety rules and procedures on all projects.
• Ensure quality standards on all projects.
