Job summary

Texas Capital Bank, headquartered in Dallas, seeks an experienced Senior ACH Operations Manager to lead a high-volume ACH team in a fast-paced banking environment. You will develop staffing plans, establish SOPs, and ensure timely processing of ACH transactions and real-time payments.

Collaborating with product, technology, and risk teams, you will drive automation, improve workflows, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive banking operations experience with a primary focus on ACH processing and deposit operations.
• 2+ years of direct team leadership or supervisory experience in a payments or deposit operations environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules and Federal Reserve ACH regulatory framework (Regulation E, Regulation CC).
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven transaction processing with strict intraday cutoff requirements.
• Proficiency with core banking products and reporting tools; ability to analyze workload data and make staffing recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal partners and external financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of ACH Operations Specialists, including daily work allocation and coaching.
• Own staffing adequacy and capacity planning with data-driven decisions.
• Establish and maintain SOPs for ACH processing; keep them current with Nacha changes.
• Coordinate cross-training to maintain operational continuity during absences and surges.
• Drive accountability against intraday processing deadlines and regulatory windows.
• Oversee daily ACH processing, returns, and reclamation within required timelines.
• Monitor real-time payments across FedNow and RTP; address timeouts and duplicates.
• Partner with product, technology, and compliance on real-time payment enhancements.
• Provide oversight for deposit operations, including reconciliations and collateral management.
