Job summary

NBH Bank in Texas seeks an Electronic Payments Manager to oversee debit card dispute processing, ACH activities, and related support services. You will lead the Electronic Payments team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure accurate, secure, and compliant daily operations.

The role emphasizes risk management, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement, including system enhancements, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ACH processing, debit card dispute processing, and/or debit card support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA rules.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems/applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electronic Payments team, including performance management and workflow coordination.
• Manage debit card dispute processing and debit card support activities for efficient daily operations.
• Partner with clients and associates to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies while working with others.
• Provide guidance on ACH RDFI practices balancing risk and service.
• Prepare reporting and support audits and regulatory requirements.
