Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a seasoned leader to head the ACH operations team, steering daily processing, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards within a large bank environment.

You will manage a high-performing team, set operational strategy, and drive efficiencies while ensuring quality service for consumer and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in Bank Operations.
• 5+ years ACH Processing.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of all support functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness including customer support, operations, risk and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit; evaluate workflow and opportunities for increased efficiencies.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team; provide guidance to managers and partner with HR on employment matters.
• Establish and monitor processes, policies and procedures in consideration with regulatory and network requirements.
