Job summary

Finastra is seeking an expert Business Analyst in the payments domain to lead ACH and NACHA‑related initiatives. You will guide design, delivery, and deployment of the GPP ACH solution with strong customer interaction and strategic oversight.

The role requires senior ACH expertise, ability to engage with bank leadership, and experience driving ACH projects in a global, cross‑functional setting. Hybrid work and comprehensive health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Senior ACH domain expert with hands-on NACHA market experience engaging with bank stakeholders up to C-level.
• Proven success leading ACH projects in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Deep practical expertise in ACH processing, NACHA rules, terminology, and operating models.
• AAP certification highly preferred.
• Experience leading ACH implementations on US GPP platforms.
• Coach and SME on NACHA topics for the team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on strategic leader, providing governance for the end-to-end GPP ACH solution.
• Write detailed business requirements (user stories) and functional solutions.
• Participate in customer requirements workshops to provide ACH expertise.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Focal point for internal teams on ACH flows and industry best practices.
• Negotiate with and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
