Job summary

Finastra seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep NACHA/ACH expertise to lead ACH implementations for Tier 0-2 banks in the US. You will engage with customers, translate requirements into detailed user stories, and guide delivery teams from design through deployment.

Based in the Atlanta area, this hybrid role involves extensive customer interaction and governance of end-to-end ACH solutions within Finastra’s GPP platform.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of NACHA rules and ACH payments.
• Lead governance for end-to-end GPP ACH solution.
• Coach delivery teams on ACH implementations.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed business requirements (user stories).
• Participate in customer workshops to provide ACH expertise.
• Provide status reporting to stakeholders at multiple levels.
