Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking or Payments.
• Strong understanding of ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT payment processing.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging.
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with banks and internal stakeholders to understand payment processing needs.
• Support implementation of payment products across ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, production issue analysis, and client escalations.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend product enhancements.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and payment regulations.

Skills

Business Analyst experience in Banking or Payments

Understanding of ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT payment processing

Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging

Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
