Job description

Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable & Credit Representative

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing client in West Allis, WI, in their search for a Senior Accounts Receivable & Credit Representative. This is a contract position with the potential to become a permanent role based on performance. Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with one remote workday per week. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, with flexibility depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

1. Manage cash applications and credit memos.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
3. Monitor credit risk and set up accounts.
4. Handle customer collections and AR aging management.
5. Reconcile AR ledger and prepare reports.
6. Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and ERP tools.

Experience Required

1. At least 4 years of AR, credit, or relevant finance experience.
2. Manufacturing or B2B industry experience is preferred.
3. Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems.
4. Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
5. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
