Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, cash applications, and collections in a distributed workforce. You will serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries and resolve complex issues while maintaining data integrity and collaboration with Sales and Management.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years AR experience, preferably ERP-based, with a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of ERP-based AR experience preferred.
• Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, cash application, reconciliation, and aging for all lines of business.
• Act as primary contact for billing and collection inquiries; resolve complex issues.
• Research and resolve internal/external inquiries; provide data-driven solutions.
• Prepare accurate billing and reconciliation reports; support collections to maximize cash flow.
