Job summary

Staritas is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, vendor relations, and compliance, with a focus on timely and accurate payments and documentation.

The role requires a minimum of five years of AP experience, an associate degree in a related field, and proficiency with NetSuite and ERP systems. Travel is minimal; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent accounts payable experience.
• Experience processing invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end AP activities.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and purchase orders with approvals.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, Positive Pay).
• Maintain vendor records and AP documentation.
• Verify invoice accuracy and receipt of goods/services.
• Complete month-end close activities and AP reconciliations.
• Support audits, process improvements, and system enhancements.
