DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in Tempe to manage complex AP processes and mentor teammates. You will resolve vendor/payment issues, ensure accurate data, and support process improvements across the AP function.

The role requires 3+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday, D365, Tipalti, or Concur. We offer a hybrid schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in high-volume environments.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong invoice processing, payment runs, and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience researching and resolving complex payment/vendor issues.
• ERP knowledge, especially Workday; familiarity with D365/Tipalti/Concur a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Accounts Payable processes and systems.
• Handle escalated and non-routine payment, vendor, and process issues with minimal supervision.
• Review, validate, and maintain accurate financial and payment data.
• Coach and support team members; assist with SOPs and process improvements.
• Lead small projects, testing, and system-related initiatives.
