Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Arizona is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee all aspects of the AP function, ensure timely and accurate processing, and support close processes. The AP Manager works with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance to optimize workflows and ensure adherence to policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5+ years in AP, and at least 2 years of supervision, with experience in AP automation tools such as Bill.com, Tipalti,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Experience with AP automation tools (Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Concur).

Responsibilities

• Supervise AP staff; coach, train, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee full-cycle AP processing including invoice intake, coding, routing, and payment execution.
• Maintain vendor master data; ensure accuracy and fraud-prevention safeguards.
• Oversee employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card program.
• Ensure timely resolution of invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain AP controls including 3-way match and segregation of duties; support audits.
