Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and full-cycle AP procedures.
• Strong customer service and basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounts Payable processing for multiple entities with independence.
• Perform full-cycle AP: 2- and 3-way matching, coding, and payments.
• Research and resolve vendor/invoice discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor payment inquiries.
