Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Prepare daily cash sheet and assist in general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with new vendor setup and 1099 reporting compliance.
• Ensure proper classification of expenses and accurate journal entries.
