Job summary

Penske Entertainment in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Accounts Payable to manage day-to-day purchase-to-pay processes and vendor relationships. You will set up vendors, process payments, and support month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

You will train users on AP software, manage expense software (Concur and Yooz), and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Yooz, or SAP Concur is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors in accounting software and verify changes to existing vendors.
• Set up and manage users in expense software (Concur).
• Train employees on AP purchase-to-pay software (Yooz).
• Process payments to vendors via check, ACH or wire transfer; monitor bank activity.
