You will train users on AP software and support month-end close, collaborating across departments to deliver top-tier experiences for fans and partners.

The role offers a full-time, on-site schedule with extended hours during race weekends. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, with strong teamwork and a passion

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Yooz, and SAP Concur is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Alignment with Penske Entertainment values and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage vendors and users in AP systems.
• Process vendor payments via check, ACH or wire; monitor for exceptions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and 1099 preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure AP accuracy.
