The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support month-end close in a non-supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five or more years of accounts payable or transactional accounting experience.
• Experience with intercompany invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger transactions.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment.
• Coordinate ACH, wire, and other vendor payments while monitoring aging reports.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements and accounts.
• Manage Concur travel expense reports and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Process intercompany invoices and reconciliations across US entities and affiliates.
• Support month-end close and provide documentation for audits and reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to AP workflows and internal controls.
