The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts payable, strong data entry and solid understanding of accounting functions. Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant legal work experience; extensive benefits package offered.

Description

This position is responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to handle all aspects of Accounts Payable
• Auditing Vendor Invoices and Expense Reimbursements in Workflow Program to ensure accurate Data Entry and proper coding
• Process rush Vendor Invoices in Accounts Payable Accounting system
• Research vendor questions regarding payment of invoices
• Research internal customer questions regarding expense reimbursements and vendor payments
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in related area.
• Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.
• All duties should be performed timely with minimal supervision and questions
