Job summary

Holland & Knight in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and issue payments. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of accounts payable, auditing vendor invoices and expense reimbursements, data entry and coding, and responding to vendor questions.

The role requires a minimum of three years’ relevant experience, strong typing and organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and issue payments in a timely manner.

• Research vendor questions regarding payments and respond to internal inquiries about reimbursements.
• Handle rush invoices and special projects as assigned.
