Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Import PO data and match invoices to purchase orders.
• Input invoices into the accounting system and prepare weekly cheque and EFT runs.
• Review transactions for proper authorization and enter key invoice data.
• Maintain accounts payable records and vendor statements.
• Generate AP reports and assist with month-end close.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries and vendor requests.
• Assist with new vendor setup and compliance monitoring.
