Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable.
• Proficient with computerized systems including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle high volumes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities; detail oriented.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely for the designated division.
• Import PO data and match invoices to purchase orders.
• Input invoices into the accounting system and prepare weekly cheque and EFT runs.
• Review transactions for proper authorization and data accuracy.
• Maintain AP database, filing, and vendor statements; assist with month‑end close.
