Job summary

Holland & Knight in Tampa seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and issue payments, ensuring accurate data entry and proper coding. You will audit invoices, handle reimbursements, and respond to vendor inquiries to maintain strong supplier relationships.

With a minimum of three years in accounts payable, you will work in a fast-paced Team environment, performing duties with limited supervision and contributing to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts payable or related area.
• Proficient data entry and general accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree required, may be substituted with relevant legal work experience.
• Ability to handle vendor invoices and expense reimbursements with timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and issue payments for vendors and employees.
• Audit vendor invoices and expense reimbursements for accuracy.
• Research vendor questions regarding payments and respond to internal inquiries.
