Job summary

RHF is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP Department supporting more than 200 multi-entity entities. The role is based in Long Beach, CA, full-time and reports to the VP of Accounting, overseeing daily AP operations, payments, vendor records, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in AP with 3–5 years in supervision, ERP/Oracle Fusion experience, and advanced Excel skills, driving process improvements while maintaining compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, cash management, vendor administration, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and Oracle Fusion recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations and payment processing.
• Manage cash allocation, vendor records, and banking changes.
• Coordinate month-end close and related AP/AR activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Supervise, train, and develop AP staff; set goals and evaluate performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
